Cop abducted in Shopian, released
Srinagar, June 10 (HS): Jammu and Kashmir Police cop who was abducted by known persons last night has been released.
Police said that unknown persons at 1:00 am last night barged into house of cop identified as Mohd Qasim Parray resident of Sitapora village of Shopian and abducted him.
Police added that said cop was released this morning and has reached home safely. They added that soon after the abduction, forces launched search operation in the area.
